BRAND & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
A project of MCI, IMEX Group, ICCA and European Cities Marketing, the Global Destinations Sustainability Index (GDS-Index) was conceived as a dynamic business initiative to assist events destinations and convention bureaux in driving the adoption of sustainable business practices in corporate tourism and events industry.
In this multi-layered project, CHANGE AGENT COLLECTIVE developed the logo and brand, created a website incorporating complex ratings data, and produced their first White Paper – while providing insights on the project and best practice.


BRIEF
BUILDING A GLOBAL BRAND
The client required a full service branding and business development project. Starting with a logo and Corporate Identity, CHANGE AGENT COLLECTIVE, were then briefed to create a complex and intelligent database and website to handle destination sign-ups and ongoing ratings. Further phases involved producing the first GDS-Index White Paper and refining the index’s criteria and functionality.
CONCEPT
PLACING CITIES AT THE HEART OF SUSTAINABILITY
CHANGE AGENT COLLECTIVE created a brand that reflected the client’s focus on holistic, city-focused solutions to global issues of environmental and social sustainability. The brand formed the backbone of an intelligent web solution that will adapt and grow with the organisation.

A GROWING COLLABORATION
This long-term project started as a blue sky concept and CHANGE AGENT COLLECTIVE worked with the client to ensure that the project adapted as the fledgling initiative grew. From developing a web solutions for an extremely complex database to creating a strong visual identity that carried through the website and published materials, we are incredibly proud of our ongoing collaboration.
